Not sure whether it happened or not, but I personally feel the need for fair play policies for mod usage, even tho blitz mods still isn't that popular. I have heard that on PC the Vietnamese Server was shut down and merged to Asian server due to large scale cheating with mods and such. I am personally make mods for this game as well and sometimes it confuses me whether I should release a certain mod when only some of the regions declared it illegal (for example a tracer highlighting mod which doesn't show tracer from hidden tanks, was banned on RU but allowed on NA and EU, at least from what i heard), And I do wanted to see something like that on the Asian Server as well. Is there any plans for such rules and regulations for Asian Server? And many other region (EU, NA and RU) have already established rules and have already made a list of Illegal mods for Players to follow. As a WoTB Producer, you probably have heard of mods that are made for this game.
